Day of Play at Stony Brook

It was a day of play at Stony Brook. Our innovative third-grade friends designed and created arcade and carnival-style games out of cardboard for the whole school to enjoy!

Based on Caine’s Arcade, a documentary about a young boy who created a cardboard arcade in his father’s auto shop, the project highlights academic skills, artwork, and creativity.

Set up on the playground with their creations, third-grade hosted students from Kindergarten through second grade to play their games.
