Hayshire Happenings: Expository Writing 📝

There are helpers people in our world. We each picked a helper. We wrote expository texts about the helper we picked. Expository text is true information. 

We wrote about helpers because we were reading about helpers in our community. We read a book about soldiers and a book about teachers. We read about doctors too. The books we read were expository.

Our stories had at least four sentences. We could have more. Our sentences had periods or exclamation marks at the end. The sentences were facts about the helper we chose. Our stories are fantastic. They are so fantastic they are hanging up!
