Hayshire Happenings: Awesome Animal Reporters 🐯

We were researching different animals. Two groups learned about land animals and the other two learned about water animals. The animals were cheetahs, panda bears, sharks, and dolphins.

We used our iPad. We used Epic! To learn about our animals. We could read the book or we could ‘Read To Me’ to have the iPad read the story. 

First, we read. Then we made a lapbook about our animal. The lapbook had fast facts and other facts. We even wrote our opinions about the animals.

After that, each group stood up in front of everyone with plastic cards and told about the animals. 

Lewis’ favorite part was building the lapbook because he likes building things. Charleston’s favorite thing was showing it to other people. It made her happy to know other people were learning about the animals.
