We are #PantherProud of our very own Miss Renee Decker, First Grade Teacher at Roundtown Elementary School, for being recognized as one of just 12 outstanding educators across the Commonwealth. 

Miss Decker was honored this week in Hershey as the Governor announced the 2026 Pennsylvania Teacher of the Year. 

While she was not selected as the official recipient this year, we know we have the best of the best right here in the Central York School District. We’re incredibly proud of Miss Decker’s professionalism, dedication to our students and families, and the way she consistently goes above and beyond for her school community.
