The Central York Performing Arts Hall of Fame inducted its 2024 class in a special ceremony ahead of the 2024 Fall Music Concert at Central York High School on Thursday, October 17, 2024. The group was also recognized during the performances that evening. 

This year's inductees included:

  • Matt Belanger, Class of 2002 | Theater/Broadcasting
  • David Gibble, Class of 1977 | Music
  • Erin Owens, Class of 1997 | Theater/Film
  • Jon Timmons, Class of 2003 | Music
  • Mark Zortman, Faculty 1987-2017 | Music and Theater

Learn more about each of this year's inductees. Their names are now honored on a special wall in the Performing Arts Lobby of the high school. 

The Central York Performing Arts Hall of Fame was established in 2023 to recognize and honor Central York High School alumni, teachers, directors, and supporters who have achieved a high level of excellence and accomplishment in music, theater, and/or film, during their high school career and/or after graduating from Central York.  Hall of Fame recognition helps maintain spirit, pride, and sense of community as well as provides an historical account of outstanding traditions of excellence in our music and theater programs.
