College in the High School Instructor of the Month
Congrats to Central York High School English Teacher, Mr. Ward, on being named Harrisburg Area Community College’s (HACC) College in the High School (CHS) Instructor of the Month for January 2026!
The recognition highlights Mr. Ward’s dedication, enthusiasm, and outstanding support for students. He currently instructs our CHE Composition I and II courses.
College in the High School classes allow our educators to teach rigorous courses that provide students with an opportunity to not only learn an in-depth curriculum but also to develop the study habits and time management skills they can use throughout their educational careers. The program allows students to take college-level classes at the high school, earning both high school and college credits at a reduced tuition rate.
