Welcome to Central York Wellness!
We are a committee of individuals from across the District who are committed to bringing you valuable Wellness events, resources, and activities. Every month we focus on a different aspect of Wellness with the goal of helping you become a healthier and happier version of yourself!
Wellness Wednesdays are held every first Wednesday of the month from October through May – this is the time to wear our Wellness logo with jeans. Wellness logo wear goes on sale every August/September and January.
In addition to the monthly Wellness activities, events, and resources we also offer a growing library of Wellness materials that are available “on-demand”. Located on Schoology, CYSD Wellness On-Demand is a wellness resource you can access anytime to help you take small, but successful steps toward an all-around healthier you. It provides information, tools, and resources on a variety of wellness topics including Mental Health, Sleep, Nutrition, Movement, Breathing Practices, Meditation, Financial Wellness, Goal and success planning, Connection, Stress, Self-care, Overall Wellness, and more. New items are added continually added, so check back frequently.

Employee Assistance Program
Central York School District has partnered with WellSpan Employee Assistance Program. This program offers free confidential counseling that helps employees and their immediate families members. All regular full-time & part-time CYSD employees, spouses and dependents receive three (3) EAP counseling sessions per person each year at no cost.
