All Nominations become property of the Central York Athletic Hall of Fame Board Members and may be used at the discretion of the Board.
Any nominee or representative of the nominee selected to the Hall of Fame will be asked to provide additional biographical information for the induction ceremony and press releases.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL NOMINATIONS MUST BE AT LEAST 10 YEARS OUT OF HIGH SCHOOL.
