The Central York Athletic Trainers are committed to providing quality health care to student-athletes at Central York through prevention, evaluation, rehabilitation, and treatment of athletic injuries and illness.

The deadline to submit all required documents through Rank One for Spring Sports is Tuesday, February 25, 2025. Spring sports begin on Monday, March 3, 2025.

Central York Athletics utilizing the RankOne Sport system to manage all athletes records. In order for a student to be able to participate (try out, play, etc.) they MUST have all paperwork submitted through RankOne by the deadline. If this paperwork is not received, the student will not be permitted to participate in a sport during that season. 

Please Note: You will need to download and print the Physical Exam and completed Health History, from Rank One, to take to the doctor for completion during the physical appointment.
