TITLE IX INQUIRIES

The files below provide an overview of the Title IX training procedures and materials used to train Central York School District administrators and staff.

The Title IX Coordinator has completed all of the trainings. School principals have completed the Investigator Training, and all District employees have completed the Employee Training. There are three designated Central Office administrators who serve as Decision-Makers during Title IX investigations: The Superintendent, the Assistant Superintendent and the Assistant to the Superintendent for Administration. All of these individuals will complete the Decision-Maker Training Module provided by the Title IX Coordinator.
