Updated on Safety/Security - 10.29.14

Earlier this afternoon, Springettsbury Township Police Department informed us that the courts have delayed the release of Richard Lussier, the high school student charged with making threats of violence against other students and the school, until next week. We believe he will be released and placed under house arrest on Monday, November 3, at the earliest. Springettsbury Township Police will continue to have an increased presence and visibility in our schools and district throughout the next few days and in the weeks to come. We will continue to update you as information becomes available to us.

Thank you for your continued support.
