As you may know, the Central York School District Board of School Directors conducts "paperless" School Board meetings, and posts all documents, including agendas and minutes, electronically. Beginning today, February 5, 2010, the Central York School Board will post current and future Meeting Agendas and Minutes in one location accessible as a link from the district's website. That link is called "2010 Meeting Agendas and Minutes." To view past agendas and minutes, please continue to use the links at left to search and download archived agendas and minutes.
A Message from the President
Hello
and welcome to the Central York School District. Central York can best
be described as a suburban/urban school district made up of over 5000
students and 12,000 households. Our district continues to grow in
diversity every year as our demographics are changing constantly due to
our rapid growth.
The School Board welcomes you to become an
active participant in the school district's many activities and
programs as we continue to strive for academic, cultural and athletic
excellence. It takes everyone working together to maintain the fine
community we call Central York.
You will find a wealth of
information about the district throughout this website that we consider
to be a key tool in our ongoing communication efforts with parents,
staff, community, and with those just wanting to learn more about our
district. We encourage you to visit the site often.
In closing,
the Board welcomes you to attend our monthly advertised meetings held
at the Education Service Center. We value and appreciate your input on
any of the many issues we face on a daily basis. We stand ready and
willing to serve the community in our position as your elected
representatives on the School Board. We hope to see you sometime soon!
