Summer Camp Opportunities for Grades K-6

Central York School District is proud to offer a variety of fun and exciting summer camps for students currently in Grades K-6. We hope that the offerings will provide a rewarding, educational experience. Students are encouraged to register for more than one camp.

Frequently Asked Questions/Registration Overview
How do I register my child for summer camp?

All registrations will be completed online this year. Use the link (above) to access the online registration center at: https://centralyork.revtrak.net/tek9.asp. Once you are online, select from the K-3 or 4-6 Camp Buttons to begin the registration process. 

Parents will need to create an account in order to complete registration process. Payment must be made at the time of registration online via credit/debit card.  No additional fees will apply for paying online.

If you choose to pay with cash or check, you
must register in person at the Central York Educational Service Center (ESC) located at 775 Marion Road, York, PA 17406.  Please contact Kim Ansell, Assistant Business Manager, to schedule an appointment to register in person.  kansell@cysd.k12.pa.us or 717-846-6789 ext. 1209 

How much do camps cost?

The cost for each camp is $70, which includes: materials, instructor(s) salaries, and any other operating expenses. 

Who can register for camps?

Summer camps are open to all K-6 Central York students.  

What camp is best for my child? 

Grades for camps correspond to a student’s current grade level at the time of registration.  

Can I register my child for more than one camp?

Yes, you may register your child for more than one camp.  When you register online, you will have the option to continue shopping or checkout. You will be able to submit payments for all camps during the checkout process (so it’s one easy payment!).

Will transportation be provided?

It is the parent’s responsibility to provide transportation to and from camp each day at the specified times.

What is the location of each camp?

The location of each camp is listed with its description.

How will I know if my child is registered for a camp?

You will receive confirmation from the online registration that your child has successfully been registered for summer camp.  In the event that a camp does not have enough participants, you will be contacted and your payment will be refunded.  If your camp has enough participants, you will receive an email confirmation by Friday, May 24, 2019.  

What is the deadline to register for summer camp?

All summer camp registrations are due by Friday, May 17, 2019.
