Join Tess for a 60 minute practice to increase mobility and flexibility in your body and techniques to calm your mind. We will practice flowing from pose to pose, work on balancing postures and core strengthening, with some relaxation at the end of class. No prior knowledge of yoga is necessary. You will need to provide your own yoga mat. (I recommend a thick, non slip yoga mat. A yoga block and yoga strap are recommended but not required.) This is not your English teacher’s writing course!

Are stories in your blood? With the right skills, you’ll have the “write skills” to do it!

Working with published author, editor and teacher, Cindy Hospador, you will explore structure, character development, plot and other important elements a novelist needs to get started, stay motivated and complete a manuscript.

Through practical exercises, you’ll apply proven methods to your own writing to help create your novel or short story.

Bring your imagination and a pen or pencil, and paper. (Computers are welcome too.) Workbook provided.

This class is for fiction novel writers age 16 +.

The skills you will learn in this class can then be applied to self-publishing nearly any kind of written word in book form, including novels, memoirs, digital scrapbooks, self-help books, and more!
