FUture Ready IndexIn the fall of 2018, the Pennsylvania Department of Education will introduce the Future Ready PA Index  - a new, one-stop location for comprehensive information and data on student and school performance.

The Future Ready PA Index is a tool for families, educators and the public. The Future Ready PA Index  shares more than just standardized test scores in an attempt to illustrate how students are doing as they prepare for high school graduation.

The indicators included in the new Future Ready PA Index highlight academic proficiency, or how students are mastering state standards required for graduation.

The indicators also highlight how students are progressing to college or career readiness following high school graduation.

In addition, the Future Ready PA Index shows growth, achievement and other data by student group - including economically disadvantaged students, English Learners, students receiving special education services and racial and ethnic groups.

You can search the Future Ready PA Index by district, school, career and technical center or location. Within the tool, you will find basic information and demographic data for each school.  The Pennsylvania Department of Education has not opened the site for public view yet, but when it is available, it can be accessed via the link below.
